Glenrate successfully refurbished and converted this period property to form 8 high quality apartments. Internal features were restored and sympathetically complimented by quality contemporary interior finishes. Poor quality extensions to the original building were removed and the building was then extended in a sympathetic fashion to provide the extensive living accomodation.
