Glenrate project management were approached by a business that wished to convert an existing property that they owned into a new dental practice.
The Client had already obtained tendered quotations from builders for the conversion works, however they exceeded the budget available. Glenrate provided a detailed breakdown of the costs for the work and also provided various hold positions so that the conversion works could progress at a rate to match the funding available.
Glenrate were able to use their experience in the management of the specialist contractors to oversee the full installation of all the practice equipment and IT installation.
